Noah ROGERSON
Noah Rogerson is a British Sabre Coach and Data Analyst. He has been involved in fencing for more than 18 years, as an international fencer, referee and coach. Noah has worked with clubs in the UK and USA as well as National Federations such as Pentathlon GB. This included providing analysis for their Olympic Athletes and tactical discussions with the coaches.
As a coach, Noah believes in a rigorous technical base, with deep understanding of the principles and a pragmatic approach to strategic decision making. This allows room for personal freedom for the athlete when fencing. Noah strives for an inclusive training culture that encompasses the shared experience of the coaches and athletes. The last pillar of Noah's philosophy is the development of more modern methods and data driven approaches to fencing. He understands that developments in Fencing lag behind other sports and is keen to work with the athletes to be a leader in the sport.
